MENU ITEMS, PRICES AND HOURS

Menu items, prices, hours of operation, happy hour and brunch offerings, and other information on the Site may change at any time without notice. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are handled by third-party platforms, including SevenRooms and OpenTable. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, and Diego is not responsible for their services.

ONLINE ORDERS

Online orders for pickup or delivery are processed by third-party ordering platforms. Your orders, payments, fees and any related issues are subject to the terms and policies of the platform you use.

PRIVATE EVENTS AND CATERING

Private events and catering are subject to separate written agreements. Inquiries submitted through the Site do not create a booking or a binding commitment until a written agreement is signed by Diego and the client.

GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONS

Gift cards and promotions are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer, including any expiration dates, restrictions and exclusions. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
